Shopping for what you need is so easy at AllergyControl.com, and with orders over $150, we offer free UPS Ground shipping within the continental U.S.A. Your order will come via UPS Ground with no shipping charges (except where noted for heavy weight or product exceptions that include additional freight). This free shipping offer is only valid for orders placed that will ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. For any other shipping method or shipments to other destinations outside of the continental U.S.A., standard shipping rates will apply. If your order ships to multiple destinations, the total for each destination must be over $150. At this time, we offer shipping to the lower 48 states of America only. While we do offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, United States Territories, APO, FPO, PO Box, and International, at this time we are unable to process these orders via the website. Some items contain additional freight based on their weight or size. Where applicable, extra/additional freight costs are indicated on our web site or in our Allergy Control Products catalog. These freight expenses continue to apply, even when your free shipping over $150 offer is in effect.
UPS Shipments & Delivery: Ground Delivery
Orders will ship via UPS Ground, unless you select a different shipping method such as UPS Air or USPS Priority Mail as part of your ordering process. Most orders take between 2 and 10 business days, depending on your location but this approximation varies greatly depending on your order and the shipping methods performed by UPS. UPS deliveries are made on business days (Monday – Friday). Holidays that are observed by UPS or Allergy Control Products can delay the processing of your shipment or its delivery. While we do offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, United States Territories, APO, FPO, PO Box, and International, at this time we are unable to process these orders via the website. UPS Shipments & Delivery: UPS Air Shipments
Expedited UPS Air shipments are available by placing your order at 1.800.ALLERGY (255-3749). Costs for UPS Air shipments are based on the weight of your order. UPS Air shipments must be placed earlier than 11 a.m. Central Time for in-stock items to ship the same day. UPS deliveries are made on weekday business days (Monday – Friday). You should take these days into consideration when placing your order, especially when selecting UPS Air as your delivery method. The time of your order and the day of the week can affect your delivery date. For example, if your order is placed Thursday before 11 a.m. Central Time and is going UPS Air, the in-stock items in your order will be delivered on Friday. If your Thursday order is placed after 11 a.m. Central Time, your in-stock items will ship on Friday and arrive on Monday. UPS Air orders before 11 a.m. Central Time on Friday will not be delivered until Monday, unless you’ve selected Next Day Saturday delivery. If you’ve selected 2nd Day UPS Air, your order placed after 11 a.m. Central Time on Thursday will arrive on Tuesday. Holidays that are observed by UPS or Allergy Control Products can delay the processing of your shipment or its delivery. If you require this expedited delivery, please take these times into consideration. When your order is placed, the Customer Service department at Allergy Control Products will confirm your air shipping total with you.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Military APO/FPO Addresses or Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands
Our standard shipping method is via UPS Ground, however, shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses must ship via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands must go via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Air. Please call 1.800.ALLERGY (255.3749) and speak to our Customer Service department regarding actual freight rates. For USPS Priority Mail shipments, shipping charges are dependent on the weight of your order.
We will ship orders to Canada via Airmail Parcel Post. Delivery time is estimated at 4 to 10 days, excluding Sundays, but this time estimation varies based on your location and is subject to the delivery methods of the postal service. These methods are beyond our control. Packages that exceed 66 pounds are over the limit of the post office regulations, and the packages must ship in multiple boxes and receive shipping charges for each. Canadian customers are subject to duties and taxes, which Allergy Control Products is unable to predict or quote with the order.
